David Giannini is Of Counsel to the Townsend Tomaio & Newmark law firm. He concentrates his practice in Divorce and Family law. Mr. Giannini is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. He previously served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Deanne M. Wilson, Superior Court of New Jersey (Family Part), Morris County, New Jersey. He received an undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall and attended Seton Hall Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000.

Mr. Giannini is an experienced attorney in New Jersey and a member of the New Jersey Bar since 2000. He has been practicing family law for over 20 years. He devotes his practice exclusively to family law and related matters, including Divorce, Custody and Parenting Disputes, Child Support, Spousal Support & Post Judgment Litigation.

Mr. Giannini is a tireless advocate who works hard to learn about each client’s issues and aspirations so as to better enable him to meet their needs. Among his honors and awards, Mr. Giannini was named to New Jersey Super Lawyers as an Outstanding Young Lawyer (Rising Star) for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
